You will be welcomed by a living area with laminate flooring, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, DVD player and Sound bar -thoughtfully designed for children to have their own space to enjoy the holiday. Up 15 stairs will take you to the main living area and bedrooms.

The master bedroom, appointed with a Queen-sized bed, built in wardrobe and water views, whilst two additional bedrooms both with 2 Single beds and built-in robes line the hallway. A shared renovated bathroom centrally serves these bedrooms, the bathroom has floor to ceiling tiles, shower, bath, vanity, toilet, and a 2nd separate toilet for guest convenience.

The kitchen is equipped with everything from a dishwasher, family size fridge, microwave and oven to crockery and cutlery — perfect for home-cooked meals. Relax in our spacious lounge room or enjoy a delightful outdoor barbecue in the garden, surrounded by nature's tranquillity.

When it comes to entertainment and relaxation, multiple TVs, and Wi-Fi are at your service. For those chilly times, stay cozy and warm with the reverse cycle air conditioner. This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

We absolutely loved our stay at the house in Fingal Bay! We stayed here with our 3 small children and the house was perfect for us! The view is amazing overlooking the Bay and is in a perfect location. The house has some great features including, a fantastic deck for a morning coffee watching the sun rise, a nice flat area out the back for the kids to play, seperate toy/play room downstairs, all amenities you need are available for cooking!

This a great location for a family or group of friend. Great view and just a short stroll to the beach. The property does need some TLC, there were spider webs as well as a few spiders that were present inside. Killed quite a few cockroaches in the living area. The property needs a good airing out as it has a very damp musty smell when you enter the property ( not good for people with allergies). Would recommend the property if you want a great outlook down to Fingal Beach, just needs some lovin

The best views couldnt believe it unfortunately the bar que didnt work but we should off rang the office but the best restaurants are across the road a beautiful back yard
