A shared renovated bathroom centrally serves these bedrooms, the bathroom has floor to ceiling tiles, shower, bath, vanity, toilet, and a 2nd separate toilet for guest convenience.
The upstairs living/ dining/ kitchen area, features a split system air conditioner, Smart TV, DVD player, Sound Bar, cane furniture, dining for 8 and serene views of Fingal Bay beach and Fingal Spit. The kitchen is fully equipped with complete cooking facilities including electric cooktop, wall oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a family size fridge/ freezer.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
