Jackson View is a stunning holiday home situated in Salamander Bay. It is perched high on the hill with views over Wanda Beach and an easy one kilometre walk to Old Salamander Village which has cafes, restaurants, IGA supermarket, bakery, bottle shop, pharmacy, butcher and homewares shop.
Take a short 600mt stroll down to George Reserve which has something for everyone. There is a playground for the children where they can burn off energy, paddle in the water or make sandcastles. Or for the more romantic, why not take a walk along the sand where you may see a dolphin or two just off the shore.
Jackson View is a lovely tri level four bedroom family home that can sleep up to eight people. As you enter the holiday home there is a large living area with a Smart TV, kitchenette and bar fridge for your convenience. Also on this level are two queen bedrooms with ceiling fans and a large bathroom with separate shower and bath.
Walk up a few stairs to the master bedroom which has a king size bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan and a two way bathroom. This bathroom can be used as a second bathroom for the family or lock the door and have it as your own private ensuite. There is a laundry on this level which has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Walk up a few more stairs to the heart of the home with a large open plan living/dining area which has reverse cycle air conditioning, Smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, Netflix and Stan (with own account log in) and comfortable reclining lounges. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, Breville Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of bench space to prepare your holiday meals. The fourth bedroom with queen bed and ceiling fan is also on this floor.
The large, sunny balcony flows out from the living area and has beautiful ocean views with amazing sunrises. This area is ideal to sit with friends and family and enjoy the alfresco dining area while cooking up a storm on the outdoor gas BBQ.
For a change of scenery, why not sit in one of the two fenced rear yards which overlook Stoney Ridge Reserve. Take a walk in the reserve, who knows what native birds or animals you might see. Bring your bicycles and go cycling to one of the many beaches in the area or there are trails in the reserve you can ride.
A double lock up garage with internal access and additional driveway parking is available. Please note that the driveway into the property is quite steep as the house is elevated to maximise the views. Most cars should access the driveway at an angle to avoid damaging the front end of the car, 4WDs should be fine.
The owners also provide a portable cot and highchair for your convenience.
Sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets, and no party policy in place.
Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:
Friday, Saturday, or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am
Any other day – 10pm to 8am
Bedroom 1 (middle level) – King Bed + Ensuite + Ceiling Fan + TV
Bedroom 2 (ground level) – Queen Bed + Ceiling Fan
Bedroom 3 (ground level) – Queen Bed + Ceiling Fan
Bedroom 4 (top level) – Queen Bed + Ceiling Fan
