Unit 101 The Breakwater is located within an exclusive Shoal Bay resort, pools, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a lift.

Beautifully appointed one-bedroom unit with timber floorboards and ducted air conditioning throughout. Large open plan living area with a wall mounted Smart TV with free unlimited Wi-Fi and Queen Sofa Bed, well equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, and family sizes fridge/ freezer.

Main bedroom has a ceiling fan as well as the air conditioning, TV, and access to the balcony to allow the natural sea breeze to flow right through.

Neat and tidy bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity, and internal laundry with a top loading washing machine. The unit also provides a single secure car space.

The complex has a residence shared pool plus the use of the residence lounge area with pool table and commercial style kitchen. Also available for guests’ use is the main resort pool which has a fantastic child’s section, indoor heated pool plus multiple spas, day spa and gym are also included.

Convenience of being able to use all of the Resort facilities and having a lift. Five minute walk to the gorgeous white sands of Shoal Bay beach and Tomaree Mountain is only a short stroll away, will endure breathtaking views from the summit.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay very clean comfortable had everything you needed loved it. Nice and quite close to all shops and the beach

Great apartment with 1 exception

1 bedroom apartment that was furnished nicely to make a long stay comfortable, except for 1 major exception, NO DRYER! ( unfortunately missed detail in my booking) The balcony facing Messines st and gets no sun, which makes drying clothers/ towels/swimwear a no go. Not ideal for stays over a week Have stayed in numerous other apartments in the complex that all had dryers. This one addition would make the property ideal
