This property is ideal for couples or families. All the living area, main bedroom and 2nd bathroom are located on the ground floor and there are two bedrooms and the main bathroom upstairs, ceiling fans throughout, internal laundry with washing machine and dryer and two car spaces.
We also rent 2/10 Catalina Close so multiple families can book both properties.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
