Fingal Bay Sports Club is 130 metres away and is a local landmark and community club for dining, celebrating, lounging, and enjoying life by the water. Fingal Bay Surf Club is a quick 15-minute stroll away where you will find crystal blue water and soft white sand, this beach is perfect for children as it is patrolled. There is so much to do and see, take out the boat, the jet ski, Stand Up Paddle Boarding or join onto the new Coastal Walk that runs from Shoal Bay to Anna Bay โ€“ 27 kilometres all up.

The house is spread over two stories with an extra-large parentsโ€™ area downstairs with King bed, kitchenette, ceiling fan, ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity, access to the garden and port-a-cot and high chair for your convenience.

Upstairs will lead you to the huge open plan living/ dining area with split system air conditioning, large Smart TV, and unlimited Wi-Fi. There is a balcony flowing off the living area giving a nice space to sit back and enjoy the surroundings whilst sipping on your morning coffee or cooking up a storm on the electric BBQ.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has complete cooking facilities including electric cooktop, wall oven, Air Fryer, microwave, family size fridge/ freezer and dishwasher, there is even a DeLonghi coffee pod machine available. The enclosed back deck area has dining for six people, electric BBQ and is perfect for the beloved fur baby to sleep โ€“ the owners provide a small dog bed and bowls.

Three bedrooms are also located upstairs all with ceiling fans and two having Queen beds and one having two King Single beds, the front Queen bedroom also has a TV and access to the balcony to allow the sea breeze to flow through and the advantage of access to the 3-way bathroom. The bathroom has the bath and shower in one area, vanity in another area and separate toilet area โ€“ all this making it a very usable area for all guests.

The property provides an internal laundry with front loader washing machine and a dryer located in the double garage. There is a double garage for parking as well as the driveway for two vehicles or a boat. There is a large, enclosed back yard which backs onto the national park and is fantastic for pets and children to run around and play.

Nature lovers will love Fingal Bay as it is surrounded by the National Park with an abundance of bush walking tracks, native birds, and flora as well as koalas, echidnas, and kangaroos which you wonโ€™t have to walk far from the property to see. Barry Park is located at the south-eastern end of Fingal Bay Beach, is a great point for spotting humpback whales from Mid-May to Mid-November.

Relaxing, Spacious and Comfortable Family Holiday Home

This home was spacious, well situated, peaceful and well equipped for a family of six. The beds were very comfortable. It had a wonderful view from the balcony and a lovely screen enclosed outdoor area, everyone had a place to relax! The smart TV also offered options of entertainment for the kids. Walk-able distance to the beach and bus stops. We would love to stay here again and look forward to doing so!
