(f) intentionally, recklessly, or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Amazingly situated apartment in Nelson Bay

Stayed for a weekend in Winter. The apartment is clean and everything works well (amazing water pressure in the shower). Beds are comfy and the kitchen newly fitted. The location of the apartment is the best though, in walking distance to both Nelson bay Marine and Shoal Bay restaurants and only a VERY short walk from both Shoal Bay and Little Beach. Shoal is great for sunrise and Little is great for sunset. Can't recommend the apartment enough. Looking forward to returning in the warmer months
