(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This house is the perfect Family holiday home with spacious rooms, a huge TV with Foxtel, great views, and all the kitchen amenities. The attention to detail to ensure it feels like a home away from home was noticed. The house is a short walk to the beach, and has excellent cafe and restaurant options near by. Our family highlight was the sunrises while listening to the birds, and the lounge recliners and large TV for live sport. This home is a wonderful oasis for a family holiday.

Myself and my wife travelled from the UK to Sydney and decided to take a break from the city in soldiers point for some RnR. From the booking, our stay and departing we have had an amazing experience at this house. Everything was as it was advertised with some incredible views over the bay and a stones throw away from Bannisters. The house was equiped with everything we needed and more making it an A++ experience. Highly recommend this accomodation for your stay at the beautiful soldiers point.

An oasis with stunning views

We stayed in this lovely house between 1st and 4th November. After a long commute from the UK we were impressed with the quality of the beds and amenities. A gem of a place with a lovely panoramic view. The accommodation is spacious with an open plan kitchen and dining room leading out to a spacious deck which allowed us to entertain friends and enjoy evening cocktails. We loved the short walk to the beach for our morning swims. We will definitely return!
