Everything went like clockwork from the picking up of the keys until dropping them off. Property was clean & bigger on the inside than expected. Double under cover garage was a bonus. We walked into town for dinner a few times & done the short stroll to Dutchies beach most days. The boat ramp at little beach is a 5 minute drive away, great if you have a boat or JetSki. All on all we would definitely return to this property.

Good location, very clean and neat. Kitchen well appointed. Beds ok. Had a problem with the door lock which was dealt with quickly and easily. Overall a great place to stay.

Hello there, we stayed 4 days over the school holidays. The kitchen is well equipped, the place clean and a good size for our group of 3 adults and 3 kids. The parking adequate but signage necessary as had unknowingly parked in someone else's spot. The bath taps need work, the hot doesn't turn and luckily my husband is handy as we had three sandy kids who wouldn't have all fit in the shower. Also clock had no battery and one lamp in the bedroom had no light bulb. Great having the washer and dryer as we went home with no washing to be done. All in all, a lovely experience, close to Nelson Bay cbd and very close to dutchies, which on a long weekend is a hidden gem and much more private then its larger counterparts such as birubi.

Great location short walk to beach and town centre. Onsuite was very small in main bedroom. Steps leading to unit steep especially when carrying luggage or groceries. Neighbours at times parked on driveway. Otherwise good.

Great accommodation location for family holidays.Just a few minutes walk to the beach. The facilities were clean and very comfortable.
