Downstairs has two large bedrooms both with ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans, stunning modern main bathroom with floor to ceiling tiling and featuring a free-standing bath, shower with rainwater shower head, toilet, and vanity. The second living area has a large comfortable corner lounge suite to relax, Smart TV, ducted air conditioning and free unlimited Wi-Fi. Opening off from the downstairs living area is the undercover entertainment area with alfresco dining, lounge, and gas BBQ facilities, where you can sit back, relax and watch the children play on the grass.
Upstairs offers a perfect open plan, living/ dining and kitchen area which boasts stylish timber floorboards throughout, ducted air conditioning, comfortable furnishings and spectacular water views looking straight out to the headlands. The living area features a soft lounge to sit back, relax and be immersed in the views or watch TV on the wall mounted Smart TV with unlimited Wi-Fi, the dining has seating for six people. Opening off from the living area is the impressive undercover entertaining area with lounge seating for four people, this area is fantastic to relax and watch the world go by whilst taking in those magnificent water views.
Upstairs also has the fully equipped chef kitchen with stone benchtops which are great for preparing meals, and contains an under bench oven, induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and a family size fridge/ freezer. The kitchen provides a walk-in pantry with ample space for groceries. The main bedroom is also located upstairs, it provides ducted air conditioning, ceiling fan, ensuite with rainwater shower head, toilet, vanity and walk in robe.
There is an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer located within the large garage. This space can also be used to play a game of table tennis for everyone’s enjoyment.
