Downstairs has the open plan living area with a Smart TV and comfortable relaxed furnishing, this area opens out onto the alfresco dining area with gas BBQ facilities and an enclosed courtyard/ garden area which is perfect for children to play.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher & microwave, The property also provides an internal laundry with front loader washing machine and dryer.

Three spacious bedrooms all with ceiling fans and located upstairs, the master bedroom has a beautiful ensuite with shower, toilet, and vanity and the second TV, the main bathroom has a bath, shower, and toilet.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Good location short walk to Dutchman beach (not dog friendly) and short drive to Bagnalls beach (dog friendly). House well stocked with amenities despite website saying dish soap etc wasnt supplied however no bath mats and BYO bed linen and bath towels. Backyard small however suitable for small dogs (sausage dogs) so they did not escape the yard which is great. Overall I would return again ti stay.

Accommodation was quite nice and spacious, the only thing I can fault is the carpet which is worn especially around the staircase. Also a decent outdoor setting would be nice.

Great location, being in between the Marina at Nelson Bay and Bagnals Beach for playtime with our dog. No complaints about the property at all, except for one minor thing. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were quite dark, due to the large trees outside. That's not such a bad thing, but it meant having to have the light on all the time if you were in the room. If that's the worst thing about the property, then it must be pretty good :)

We had a very nice week at the above property.The accommodation was as you displayed and was very comfortable,our first thoughts were that we would book it again however as age is starting make itself felt we think we will look for a property without stairs next time.We hope to be back in September for a week.

Villa was clean and nicely presented and very comfortable. A feature I was looking for was a garage to lock up push bikes. This worked out well, with double garage. Walking distance to Nelson Bay for dinner and Dutchies for beach and bike riding track. Enjoyed our stay.
