The living area is open plan with a Smart TV, free Wi-Fi and timber laminate flooring throughout, sit back and listen to the waves crashing on the beach which is directly in front of you – being on the ground floor there are no views, but hearing the waves beating against the sand is very calming.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including a freestanding oven, microwave, dishwasher, and family size fridge/ freezer.
Two bedrooms both with ceiling fans to allow the natural sea breeze to flow through the property, the main bedroom also has an ensuite with a shower, toilet, and vanity. The main bathroom has a kiddie’s size bath, shower, toilet, vanity, and the unit shares an external laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer. There is parking for one vehicle on the shared driveway with the unit above.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
