This 2-story retreat boasts 3 bedrooms, bedroom 1 and 2 offer Queen beds and ceiling fans while the spacious third bedroom is equipped with 2 x Trio bunks with Double beds underneath and Single beds on top plus a ceiling fan located in the middle of the room.

Indulge in the chic open plan living and dining area, ideal for sharing cherished moments with family or friends. Cook up delightful experiences in the kitchen set out with a microwave, oven, stove, and family size refrigerator, then settle down for a cosy meal in the spacious dining area.

Step outside into the back courtyard to cook up a feast on the gas BBQ and relax in the outdoor dining area with ceiling fan to unwind and relax with a cool drink in hand. Enjoy the garden view enticing you into a world of tranquillity.

This holiday property includes two bathrooms, with the upstairs providing a separate bath, shower and vanity area, and separate toilet area making this a very usable space. Ensuring a hassle-free experience with off-street parking for two cars and internal laundry facilities including a front loader washing machine and clothes dryer.

This enticing holiday property is situated just a 550m level walk from Little Beach, a paradise for sailing, fishing or exploring the vibrant marine life. Beyond the beach, Nelson Bay town centre offers a variety of dining, shopping and entertainment options is only a quick 5 minute drive away.

We love coming back year after year to this perfect location and lovely townhouse, McGrath staff are wonderful. I would request outdoor sprinklers operate after 9pm at night and before 6am, due to the fact we love eating outside and the bore water can spray around. We will be back every year, thanks Nelson Bay for always providing us with the perfect holiday.

Easy walking distance to both Little beach and Shoal Bay. Lovely and clean. Well equipped kitchen for a holiday unit. Nice size fridge/ freezer. Room with bunks is really good size!! Ceiling fans throughout. No wi-fi. No air con. No dishwasher. But the lack of these things makes it really value for money.

This was a great three bedroom rental, a few minutes walk to Little Beach and a few minutes drive to either Nelson Bay town centre or Shoal Bay. The apartments looks to be recently refurbished, and was very clean and comfortable. Also, the crew at O'Meara's are a delight to deal with - friendly and very helpful.

It’s nothing fancy but the bed configuration is great, the bedrooms are big and it was clean & tidy. It was a great holiday house for our week in Nelson Bay. The only thing that would make it better is WIFI because the internet service in the area during peak holiday times is TERRIBLE.

We really enjoyed our stay at 2/10 Catalina Close. There was ample room for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids - the bedrooms upstairs were very spacious and having the second bathroom downstairs was extremlely handy. The beds and lounge are comfortable and the unit had everything we needed. The unit was clean and well priced. I enjoyed having the outdoor area and clothesline for towels/wet cossies. It is so close to shoal and little beach and a nice walk to Nelson bay shops - we'll be back!

Great location and accommodation needs to have the ant problem sorted as it was difficult to store food as no pantry in kitchen so had to leave food on bench Needs aircon as quite hot at night Bottom floor bed needs replacing as the springs dig in your back Would stay there again though
