There are two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs and one bedroom and bathroom downstairs.
We also rent 1/10 Catalina Close so multiple families can book both properties.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
