The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave and the main living area are all located upstairs, there is also a BBQ on the balcony. The main bathroom has a bath and is located upstairs, there is also another shower and toilet in the downstairs laundry area.

Use of single garage and a carport makes this ideal to bring the boat as you are approximately 350mtrs from the boat ramp. The beauty of only being within a few minutes level walk to Little Beach, Shoal Bay Beach and West Diggers Club makes this the perfect holiday destination.

Use of Single garage only, the other side is private.

We were most impressed with the unit - very spacious, modern and clean. A very well equipped kitchen! Loved the wall hangings in all rooms. Please convey our thanks to the owners. We enjoyed our stay at 2-10 Krait street, the unit is very nice, well equipped and comfortable. The location is great. It had everyting we needed and i would stay there again. The main bed Mattress has a large dip in it and needs replacing, and the ceiling fans are old and noisy.

This apartment was perfect for my group of four adults and two children. Good off street parking for two cars. Very spacious and private balcony. Large screen TV, well stocked kitchen with everything you could need. Very clean, totally recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay at Krait Close and appreciated it's location. Simple walks to a few nearby beautiful beaches ,restaurants and bush walks. The townhouse was well appointed with a good sized living area and larger than average bedrooms.

We loved our stay in Little Beach. The house was perfect for our family of 6 and was spacious and fully equipped. Having the 2 bathrooms was a bonus and the house has been recently painted so is lovely and fresh. We loved the location, easy walking distance to the beach and in to Nelson Bay. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved the wifi! We will be back!

Set a short stroll from the sands at Little Beach in a snug Cul de sac, we made the most of the facilities between trips to the local abundance of beaches. Humble and unassuming would be how I'd describe the property, great for those with a young family or just want a base to explore the area. Lovely quiet neighbourhood and plenty to do. We'll be back again.

2/10 Krait Close had all that we needed for a stay at Port Stephens, with comfortable, facilities. The unit was exceptionally clean and had wi fi provision. A small makeover of new quilt covers and blankets would be good. A new lounge and mattresses were welcome additions. Locating the portable BBQ, which is currently in the downstairs garage, would be of more use on the upstairs balcony. The unit's location is great, being so close to Little Beach. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much.

The unit is clean, light and well presented. The location is great and very peaceful. The kitchen had plenty of crockery and utensils. My only minor complaints are that noone from the agency contacted me after reporting a bedroom light out and the bathroom light is also flickering. The front door key took some jiggling to undo the door and I am sure the lounge was once very sumptious. There is an internet modem but no instructiond re use.

The family totally enjoyed our stay in this holiday rental. It is very clean, spacious and well equipped. Also very convenient, short walking distance to Little Beach, Shoal Bay and lovely parks, also close to Nelson Bay centre and Shoal Bay centre. We would love to go back for another holiday.

Place was tidy and has everything we needed. Convenient for both boat and JetSki . Walking distance to little beach. Carpet stairs has funny smell to it which affect on the Entire unit once you walk in . Suggestion to remove carpet with polished timber or replace new carpet for refreshment. we enjoyed our 10 days stay and will consider returning for another stay if above request taken into consideration. We have stayed at this unit several times. The unit is always neat and tidy. It is also spacious and in a quiet location close to the water and RSL club(400m walk),Overall a great place to stay and not expensive - highly recommended.
