Nestled right in the centre of Little Beach sits this spacious duplex, ideal destination for your next family holiday or weekend away with the friends.
The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave and the main living area are all located upstairs, there is also a BBQ on the balcony. The main bathroom has a bath and is located upstairs, there is also another shower and toilet in the downstairs laundry area.
Use of single garage and a carport makes this ideal to bring the boat as you are approximately 350mtrs from the boat ramp. The beauty of only being within a few minutes level walk to Little Beach, Shoal Bay Beach and West Diggers Club makes this the perfect holiday destination.
Use of Single garage only, the other side is private.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.
This property does have Wi-fi.
By making a payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Info tab on our website or via the link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

The unit is clean, light and well presented. The location is great and very peaceful. The kitchen had plenty of crockery and utensils. My only minor complaints are that noone from the agency contacted me after reporting a bedroom light out and the bathroom light is also flickering. The front door key took some jiggling to undo the door and I am sure the lounge was once very sumptious. There is an internet modem but no instructiond re use.
The family totally enjoyed our stay in this holiday rental. It is very clean, spacious and well equipped. Also very convenient, short walking distance to Little Beach, Shoal Bay and lovely parks, also close to Nelson Bay centre and Shoal Bay centre. We would love to go back for another holiday.

Lovely place, close to beach, all facilities but no air conditioning
Comfortable well position duplex between 2 beaches and within walking distance to RSL and restaurants. Would be good if garage was able to be accessed as advertised.
Place was tidy and has everything we needed. Convenient for both boat and JetSki . Walking distance to little beach. Carpet stairs has funny smell to it which affect on the Entire unit once you walk in . Suggestion to remove carpet with polished timber or replace new carpet for refreshment. we enjoyed our 10 days stay and will consider returning for another stay if above request taken into consideration. We have stayed at this unit several times. The unit is always neat and tidy. It is also spacious and in a quiet location close to the water and RSL club(400m walk),Overall a great place to stay and not expensive - highly recommended.
