This holiday home is also only a short 15-minute drive to Nelson Bay.

This space is luxuriously outfitted floor to ceiling glass windows will make you want to sit back and take in all view, relax in the air conditioning, and watch the dolphins swim by in the morning, or boats pass by all day long. With a neutral colour scheme and modern furnishings throughout, the light filled open plan living space, dining, and kitchen seamlessly flows out to the magical view and alfresco balcony with dining provided. There is Chromecast at the property for you to use with your own account and free unlimited Wi-Fi.

The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with complete cooking facilities, microwave, dishwasher, and family size fridge / freezer.

The impressive master suite has a private balcony, Queen bed, ceiling fan, wall mounted TV, and ensuite with a bath, shower, toilet, and vanity, slide back the balcony door to invite the breeze in and step onto your private balcony with spectacular views. Bedroom two has a Queen bed, and bedroom three has a Queen bed and Ceiling fan. Separating the bedrooms is the walk-through main bathroom and includes a shower, vanity, and toilet. Excellent value for money in a fantastic waterfront location. Only 15 minutes drive to Shoal Bay and with a 180 degree of Port Stephens bay. The perfect place to relax for all ages.

The photos of this place do not do it justice… the view from the lounge room is breathtaking! Just a few short steps to the beach which we all loved and we were fortunate enough to see dolphins swimming close to shore most days of our stay. The unit was clean and tidy. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cutlery and utensils you could need to prepare meals. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Kid friendly Bowling club being just across the road was an added bonus!

Beautiful unit with amazing views. Right on the beach. Perfect for those with kids and/or visitors who enjoy a great walk on the beach. Marina restaurants/cafes a very pleasant 15 minutes walk along the beach. Bowling Club offering very decent food just across the road. Unit very well appointed. The only minor improvement would be to update the television in the lounge for a bigger and newer one.

It is hard to fault this property.It is modern, well appointed and there is no need to bring anything but food. The views are extraordinary and we never tired of the lorikeets and Kookaburras having breakfast and arvo tea with us on the balcony.Dolphins were regularly feeding directly in front of our unit.The area is very quiet and the cost is reasonable in relation to similar properties in the area. The agents are always available and eager to help out with any problems or enquiries. We have booked again next year.Ahhhh the serenity.

This is the first time that we have stayed at this property although we have been returning to this little stretch of beach for the past 15 years. The property is undoubtedly the best we have stayed at in this time span.Furnishings and inclusions are well thought out and are first class.View is amazing. The owners obviously care about the comfort of their tenants.We will be back for as long as the property is available.
