Wake up to stunning water views at High View, this is a family-friendly holiday house, complete with Wi-Fi and air conditioning for your comfort and convenience.

On the middle section of the split-level design is a spacious open plan living area featuring a split system air conditioner, Smart TV, DVD and CD player, games, books, and Wi-Fi. Opening off this dining/ living area is an undercover outdoor alfresco area where there is a gas BBQ and dining furniture. What better way to sit back, relax and take in the beautiful relaxing surrounds.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, and family size fridge/ freezer. A powder room with a toilet and vanity is also located on this level.

The main bedroom is located on the upper level, it has a split system air conditioner, walk in wardrobe and ensuite with a shower, toilet, and vanity. The other two bedrooms with built in wardrobes are located on the lower level. They both have access to another private balcony allowing the beautiful sea breezes to flow through. Also located downstairs is a spacious bathroom with a corner bath, shower, toilet, and vanity. Next to the bathroom is the laundry with top loading washing machine and a drier. Clothesline is just outside. Park your car in a double garage with internal access.

High View is only a quick four-minute drive and you are in the heart of Nelson Bay where you will find various cafes and restaurants, Whale and Dolphin cruises, bars, and boutique shopping.

No smoking, no pets, and no party policy in place.

There is no way you could fully fathom from the photos how amazing this view is. One look and all your stress drips away. A great place to stay in easy reach of Nelson Bay, Shoal Bay and a tonne of beautiful beaches.

This house is so quiet and peaceful close to town. We walked down from the house to the coastal walk from Dutchies beach to town each morning. A great way to start the day. The house was clean and provided all we needed for our stay. Thanks for a great stay.

I booked for a golfing weekend with some mates and were not disappointed. We played both Nelson Bay and Horizons and this house was the perfect spot for a sundowner at the end of the day. Plus it’s close to town to head out for a dinner. Would book again for sure

Seriously stunning water views! It’s like therapy in a view. We came up as a group of friends and really enjoyed our stay. There were plenty of spots for us to sit back and relax. We headed into town for a few meals which was nice, but it was also good that we had a full kitchen if we needed it

I had such a great weekend in this beautiful house with my girlfriends. There’s so much do to around Port Stephens and this house is the perfect haven to base yourself. We appreciated that there was a full kitchen so we could cook if we wanted. The view is so stunning we sat on the balcony every evening watching the sun go down

As recommended in the guest book, we headed over to Hulbert’s Oyster farm and picked up some oysters and prawns. They were well consumed sitting out on the deck whilst we soaked in that incredible view. Listening to the birds out our bedroom window in the morning was just heaven. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise.

We loved our first stay so much we booked again. Our second visit has not disappointed and we’ve discovered even more special places to visit around the area. The king single beds downstairs are super comfy. And I liked how there were plenty of spots to hang out so we weren’t on top of each other

We hired this home as a holiday break for my ill & aging mother. Although there were more stairs then anticipated, she was able to manage them & use it as an opportunity for exercise :) The home was excessive in size for the 3 people that stayed, however had everything they needed for a very comfortable stay. The spectacular views allowed mum to sit back & relax when she wasn't feeling up to any outings. The bay came to her, which was perfect for her situation.
