(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

We loved our stay it was just a short stroll down to the beach and Nelson bay marina with plenty of shops and cafes! The bedroom were great in size and there was plenty of seating throughout the house for everyone. The kitchen was great perfect to cook a family meal. Felt like a home away from home. Will defiantly be booking again! Highly recommend.
