Delightful newly renovated three bedroom, two bathroom home with a huge fully fenced yard which is perfect for children, large sunny undercover balcony with BBQ facilities and water views of spectacular Shoal Bay beach. 

The property has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, the main bathroom is located inside and there is another shower and toilet outside, perfect for when you come back from the beach.

3 Lillian Street is sure to provide a fun filled adventurous holiday, located only one street behind Shoal Bay Beach and around the corner from the world famous Aussie Bobs Fish and Chips, Shoal Bay Resort and Spa and numerous bars and restaurants. A short 5 minute stroll to the brilliant National Park walking trails and Tomaree mountain lookout. 

Sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets, no party policy in place.

Great location in a not crowded street

One street away from the local beach. Short walk to the Tomaree Mountain. Nice fish and chips shop around the corner. A few min drive to Nelson Bay CBD. Not too far from Anna Bay beach and One Mile beach. Good size both front and back yards. Nice and quite. I like the second bathroom and toilet at the back. BBQ facility is great and the dryer is very handy.

Location is great, so close to the beach. Outdoor space is fantastic with BBQ, outdoor table and grassed area. Second toilet outside is very handy. No air con and it gets very hot, especially in the bunk bedroom. They have some pedestal fans however they were broken and need to be replaced. Would stay here every time we visit if they had air conditioning, especially in the bedrooms.

Great Location


Two bedrooms accommodating 4 people the rest where in the garage which was very hot. Beds were not very comfortable. Bathroom very dirty, extra shower and toilet as well as Laundry with washing machine and dryer unable to use due to where it was position in room attached to back patio. No wifi. For the price you would expect a better place.

We stayed 10 night it is very old and filthy Out side toilet and shower very old open to the backyard The Only good thing about this place is the location it is very close to the beach

Relaxing Holiday Spot!


We have been coming here for years, as soon as we walk in we feel relaxed and welcome! Half a block to the beach, ideally located close to shops without the noise. Perfect place for a holiday for the whole family.

Fantastic Find


Was a great find - to be one street back from the bay and be able to see it from the patio. Very close to everything that Shoal Bay has to offer. House was so incredibly clean and cosy. Beautiful timber floors throughout. Three bedrooms accommodating 10 people all up. Beds all were very very comfortable. Good well equipped kitchen. Back patio has two outdoor tables and chairs so can accommdate quite a few people for meals or BBQs. Extra shower and toilet as well as Laundry with washing machine and dryer in room attached to back patio. Fully enclosed and fenced - superb for families. Children just can't get out and the property is well grassed. Only one problem was had - the shower pressure in the main bathroom was very poor but we have advised managing agent and they will organise to have fixed. No wifi. Apart from that our stay was excellent and we would definitely stay there again. Oh and it was extremely affordable.

Exelent home so close to the Beach


Had a great break with the family for 5 days, parked the car and never used it till we left ,less than 200M to the beach Restaurant and coffee shops and supermarket. Great clean and safe back yard. Cant wait to get back here in January, you can almost watch the kids fishing on the beach from the back patio.

The Perfect Holiday Rental!


I loved everything about this rental! From the cleanliness of the well presented and equipped home & the location of the property being only moments walk to Shoal Bay beach and surrounding shops & restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to all wanting to visit Port Stephen's!

needs management


bbq disgusting. took an hour nto get it clean enough to use gardeners turned up while we were out and top dressed the lawns with an eye-watering mix or soil and manure. windows and doors had to be closed tight. not a good experience. a partial refund would be appropriate. will be watching my credit card. we have been renters this oproperty for many years.

Location is good. Parking adequate on the street and front yard. Rooms okay but the property is a bit tired.



We stayed 4 night If you don't have a pet don't go to this house,it is very old and filthy Out side toilet and shower very old And are Not suitable for kids Because they are open to the backyard The Only good thing about this place is the location it is very close to the beach

A very tired old house. Needs a paint job inside and out. Furniture is old and needs replacing. Crockery was chipped and very limited. Back yard was not secure for my dog. We had to close off the side of yard with garbage bins to keep our dog safe in the rear yard. Side fences are rotten and need replacing. No grass in yard, just mud when it rained. The clothesline was broken and needs re stringing. Light fittings and curtains are very dirty. Security lights from unit block next door stream into bedrooms at night as curtains hanging off their tracks. Only good thing was the location 1 street back from beach.

Closr to beach


The location is outstanding. The only thing disappointed us was the old mildew smell of the curtains. My son and his wife had to move rooms as it was probably never ventlated enough. Needs a pest control as we killed 3 cock roaches in 4 days. If these issues were addressed the location would premium.

Excellent location.


The house is in a great location. However one downside is that the fences are not fully secure, which is a concern given that it is advertised as pet friendly accommodation. Although it was good to see that the front fence was replaced, it would be great to see the same done on the side fence.
