Bay Escape is a fabulous holiday home with boat parking, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and located within a two minutes’ drive into the heart of town, D’Albora Marina and 900 metres to Dutchman’s Beach.

Bay Escape has an open plan living/dining area with timber laminate floorboards and features a Smart TV, free unlimited Wi-Fi, split system air conditioning and child's high chair. There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including an under bench oven, electric cooktop, microwave, family sized fridge/freezer and plenty of preparation benchtop space on the stone benchtop.

There are three bedrooms all with ducted air conditioning, linen and bed making provided, plus two bedrooms having ceiling fans and the main having a wall mounted TV - maximum of sleeping four adults and 2 children.

This beautiful property has an incredible, large enclosed back yard with an inground fire pit to it around and enjoy the stars, an undercover entertainment area with gas BBQ facilities and alfresco dining, how nice to sit back, relax and watch the children play in the backyard after a day at the beach.

The main bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles, free standing bath, walk in shower with rainwater shower head, toilet and vanity. The property also provides a laundry in the garage area with a front loader washing machine, dryer and second toilet. Parking for the property is a single garage and enough room on the driveway for a boat.

Dutchman’s Beach is perfect for children with the calm swimming waters, playground and perfect for the casual BBQ whilst watching the glorious sunsets that Port Stephens has to offer.

Nelson Bay offers the best of everything with an incredible walking path along the foreshore, night life entertainment, bars, cafés, clubs, multiple restaurant options and boutique shopping.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

We had a great time at Nelson's Bay. The accomodation was good. Bedrooms, washroom, living, dining and kitchen, were spacious and comfortable. The outdoor areas were a huge bonus with kids, a fire-pit and room to eat on the patio all great features of this place. We'd love to come again! Cheers

We had a lovely stay here over the Easter long weekend. The place had exactly what we needed and was close to nice beaches and walks. The staff were very responsive and flexible when we made changes to the number of guests and kindly allowed us an earlier check-in. Highly rate this place and the McGrath customer service.

I stayed 4 nights with my husband, daughter and almost 2 year old grandson. We were just delighted with this property! By far the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in, and that’s a lot. Loved the layout. Loved the quality of the linen. The television! The simple furnishings. The laundry in the garage with second toilet. The central heating kept us comfortable day and night as it was really cold during our stay. Our grandson loved the huge bathtub. Excellent, well appointed kitchen. Recommend!!
