34a Lawson Street is a spacious four-bedroom, 2 storey fully secured rear battle-axe home with Nelson Bay Golf Course as your backyard where you can enjoy the golfing facilities or just sit back and enjoy watching the kangaroos and wildlife.

Downstairs is the open plan living area with ducted air-conditioning, this area provides a wall mounted SMART TV with foxtel sports channels, Wi-Fi throughout and fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, family size fridge/ freezer, Espressotoria Coffee Machine (BYO Pods) and loads of stone bench tops to prepare the family meals and seating for 3. The living area has a large 8 seater table. There is also the third bathroom located downstairs, it has a shower, toilet, and vanity.

Four large bedroom and a living area for children with a TV located upstairs, with all bedrooms having the comfort of ducted air conditioning and the main bedroom having a walk-in robe, ensuite with shower, toilet, and vanity and a fold up bed and port-a-cot for your convenience. The main bathroom is also located upstairs, it has a bath, shower, toilet, and vanity.

The laundry is in the double garage and provides a top loader washing machine, out the back is a clothesline and the bonus of a hot /cold outdoor shower, so you can wash off after coming home from the beach. The property also provides driveway parking for 3 cars, or a boat (up to 21 foot)/jetski and the owners have provided a swing set for the children to play. The fenced off side of the house has a long synthetic turf area for the children to play in all weather as well as a large concreted rear section right on the golf course for family BBQ's.

Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:
Friday, Saturday or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am
Any other day – 10pm to 8am

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

This house is an absolute jackpot! We had a brilliant time here. The location is a dream—it backs onto the golf course, which meant we woke up to kangaroos in the backyard every morning. It’s perfectly positioned close to the local shops and a variety of beaches (calm bays or surf beaches) Inside, the house was sparkling clean & seriously spacious. It really felt like a "home away from home" If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, & peaceful stay in Nelson Bay look no further.

Absolutely Amazing

When we arrived, we were in awe. The outside of the property was nicely kept and plenty of space for the kids to run around. Then we went in and saw the pristine clean house. The house was neat and tidy. It had toys and games for the kids. The kitchen had everything we needed, plus more. Upstairs had 4 bedrooms, one being a master with an ensuite. All rooms were spacious and kept very clean. Added bonus was that there was a bath upstairs! We will most definitely stay there again.

Our second time visiting Nelson Bay and absolutely love the area, the beaches, marina and walking tracks. The house is very modern and in a great location with a short walk to the Marina / shops but also in a relaxed peaceful location on the golf course. The off-street secure parking was great for our jet ski and cars with plenty of room for the kids to run around.

Booked for our weekend fishing getaway and it was a great house with secure boat parking off the street. House is modern, well presented and in a peaceful location yet still very close to shops, marina and boat ramp. We will definitely stay here again for our next fishing weekend.

Fantastic short stay at this modern home backing onto the golf course. Kids loved seeing the kangaroos over the back fence. House was spotless and kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. House is very spacious and was more than comfortable for the 10-person group we had. Ducted AC was also great given we had some hottish weather. Highly recommend.

Our stay at this property was absolutely fantastic! The house had everything we needed and it was spotless. The surroundings were peaceful, and we even had the pleasure of spotting kangaroos on the golf course. The space was cozy and easily accommodated 3 families. The location was convenient and easy to access, making our entire trip stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway!
