If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

We spent a week at this property and had a very pleasant stay. While the house isn’t newly renovated, it’s clean, cozy, and well cared for. The location is great, just a short walk from both the main street and the beach, which made it easy to get around. It’s a comfortable spot for a family with two kids, and a big plus is that it’s pet-friendly.

The house itself was well located and had a nice 80s vibe. It was spacious and clean when we arrived with a great outside dining area. A few issues, as we were there for a week (and while I know it wasn't included in the info) it would have been a nice touch for guests to have more than one roll of toilet paper available, basics like washing up liquid (we had to buy and left it there for next guests) salt and pepper, olive oil and other minor basics which would have made the stay easier

Home was perfect for our needs with space and parking. Clean and comfortable home for our family holiday thank you. Would recommend a dishwasher OR even a double sink as the single sink was time consuming and we wasted a lot of water washing up. Thank you for having us.

It I could give this 10 stars I would. perfect ,CLEAN, well priced, great location! It felt like so much love goes into maintaining this property …and we loved it so much! We loved bringing our Dog who could stay comfortably in the back yard as well! We are a family of 5 and it suited us particularly well Thank you so much for our much needed perfect family holiday

Good location , Second year in row someone slip on the driveway warning signs do nothing really need to get this fixed. Slip walking to the car wearing joggers. Lounge very uncomfortable needs a good clean back always falls down. Other wise front screen door needs fixing, that roller door is way to heavy. Other wise house is nice and clean good parking

We absolutely love 41 Leonard Avenue and have been holidaying here many summers. It’s a short walk to beach, shops and cafes - the deck is great and it captures the essence of a beach holiday. Only suggestions would be to have wifi and a dishwasher.

Nice and comfortable, convenient location, fully fenced backyard good for dogs. But cups and bowls are not very clean. The auto irrigation system is set on in midnight, very noisy to affect sleep.
