Anna Bay Beach Shack is only a stone’s throw away from the famous Birubi beach is where you will find this modern house split over two levels. There are stunning water views from the upstairs front balcony and living area and the downstairs fully enclosed outdoor area which is perfect for medium size dogs due to the fencing - responsible pet etiquette is appreciated. The enclosed area also provides sun lounges, BBQ facilities and outdoor dining.

The property is fully equipped on both levels, the downstairs area has been renovated and has a split system air conditioner, Smart TV with Wi-Fi booster, brand new kitchen with stone benchtops, dishwasher, electric hot plates, under bench oven, microwave, two bar size fridge/ freezers and a Lavazza A Modo Mio coffee machine. There are also two air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, toilet and front loader washing machine for your convenience located downstairs.

Entering upstairs via the external staircase, you will be amazed at the beautiful water views from the balcony, when you enter inside you will also be amazed at the space. There is another fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, large family size fridge/ freezer, DeLonghi Nespresso Coffee Machine, and a huge corner leather lounge to sit back and enjoy watching the Smart 65”TV in the luxury of air conditioning comfort. Two more air-conditioned bedrooms and another bathroom are located upstairs, the bathroom also has a front loader washer/ dryer combo.

Anna Bay Beach Shack is more than a shack, four air-conditioned bedrooms, two air-conditioned living areas, two bathrooms, two laundry areas, boat parking, pet friendly, Wi-Fi and spectacular water views – this property certainly ticks every box. Suited for families or couples, enjoy a casual walk on the beach, national park walkways or be more adventurous and try the sand dunes, camel rides, or surf schools.

There is also a huge back yard to park a boat, please note the back yard is not enclosed and parking in both driveways. We also manage other properties in the same street, so this is sensational for larger families to be able to go away together but still have their own space.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Just had 4 nights at 44 Ocean Ave, Anna Bay. It’s a very clean, well appointed, classic beach house 100 metres from Birubi Point Beach. Lovely ocean and sunset views, particularly from upstairs. Great walks along the spectacular Tomaree Coastal track and the beach to Crest Cafe and Restaurant in the surf club. 5 mins drive to Anna Bay shops . 15 minutes to Nelson Bay and everything it has to offer including many fine restaurants and excellent golf courses. Loved it.

Great location- a short stroll to the beautiful Birubi beach. Friends upstairs and we were downstairs. House was clean, well equipped and worked well with drinks on the balcony upstairs with beautiful views and then down to eat at our part of the house. Great that you can stay with friends but have your own kitchens and bathrooms. Compact but has everything. Only issue was the two bar fridges in our kitchen but we were able to use the upstairs fridge for larger things. Re- booking for 2024/5

We had a great stay at the 'Beach Shack' over Christmas. Perfectly set up - we couldn't ask for anything more. Spent most of the time in the enclosed front yard as living rooms were smaller than I thought. Weather was divine, beach was divine and so close to many dog friendly areas. Thanks!

A beautifully maintained home only footsteps from the beach - located in a very peaceful part of the town. It contains all the amenities where families, friends etc can gather to enjoy a relaxing enjoyable holiday. Everyone in the area is very friendly, you can enjoy strolls along the beach, or just sit and listen to the sounds of the waves. Our stay was only brief on this occasion - we were so impressed with the home and location that we have already booked our next stay.

I recently stayed at 44 Ocean Ave, Anna Bay and I had the most amazing time. Located a 30 second walk from the beach. The property was stacked with games and accessories for us to use and would be perfect for a family! All amenities were well stocked and the property was looked after very nicely. Would highly recommend staying here if you are ever in Anna Bay.

We enjoyed ourselves enormously, would recommend this cute house. Position 10/10, so close to beach, easy walk, location was quiet and unaffected by the proximity to the beach. Clean 10/10 Bedroom 10/10 very comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of space for belongings. Bathroom 10/10 clean and with a great shower and a large surface for toiletries. Utilities 10/10 everything we needed plus a good washing machine and a line in the sun. We so loved our stay and look forward to the next time.

Loved our 3 nights with friends in this great Beach Shack at peaceful Anna Bay. The property had everything we wanted & was spotlessly clean. It offered wonderful views along Stockton Beach, the vast sand dunes adjacent, only 100m to the protected Birubi Beach. We enjoyed swims, long walks with our pup along the beach, beautiful rock inlets toward Fishermans Bay & Boat Harbour & 4WD along Stockton Beach. Great selection of restaurants at nearby Nelson Bay & Shoal Bay. Fabulous! We will be back!

We stayed at the Beach Shack for 3 days. The location is sensational with spectacular views of the beach. We swam at the beach a few hundred yards from the house. The house is an ideal set up. We stayed in the lower level and the bedroom was very comfortable. There is a great kitchen full of all you need. We ate at the surf club for lunch which is an easy walk from the house. We also cooked in the house and used the BBQ. We would highly recommend the Beach Shack and will definitely stay again.
