As soon as you enter the two-storey townhouse you will notice the luxury, comfortable furnishings that are throughout. The living area has a split system air conditioner, ceiling fan, wall mounted Smart TV, free unlimited WIFI and beautiful floating floorboards that lead out to the kitchen and dining area.
The Dining area has seating for six people and a ceiling fan, and the fully equipped kitchen has complete cooking facilities, family size fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and K-Fee Coffee Pod Machine. Leading off the kitchen / dining area is the enclosed courtyard with an undercover entertaining area providing a gas BBQ and alfresco dining. Downstairs also offers an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and second toilet – the dryer is located in the garage.
Upstairs has the two bedrooms both with ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans, the main bedroom has a Queen Bed, Smart TV, fold up bed and walk-through robe leading into the bathroom. The bathroom is two-way access, it has a bath, shower, vanity, and separate toilet.
The property provides parking for a small to medium size car in the single lock up garage and one car space in the driveway.
Stroll down the road to Market Street for a beautiful coffee, take away, cafe or a beer on tap at The Cellar Café. Market Street also has a Friendly Grocer, Bottle shop and Petrol Station. Or a quick five-minute walk to Fingal Bay Bowling Sports and Recreation Club where you can enjoy fine food at the restaurant, enjoy a drink in the bar or enjoy a game of pool billiards.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
