5 Bent Street is a luxury brand new four-bedroom, three-bathroom holiday house with ducted air conditioning, located at Fingal Bay and only a flat level walk to the beach, shops and cafes. We manage both sides of the duplex so this is perfect for the extended family to holiday together but still have their own privacy and space.
Stylishly designed and furnished with an open plan living and dining area offering internet, Foxtel Platinum 4k and Playstation 3. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas cook top, Woolworths, Espressotoria Capino coffee machine and large family size fridge.
The stunning main bedroom has an ensuite and walk in robe and is located downstairs whilst the other three bedrooms are located upstairs along with the huge main bathroom and second living area with sofa bed. There is a third bathroom located in the downstairs area near the laundry, the laundry has a front loader washing machine and dryer.
There is an enclosed backyard with an undercover area with gas BBQ, secure parking in the garage for 1 car and a backup bar fridge. The owner has supplied a compressor to make life easier if you need to blow up any water inflatables.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.
This property does have Wi-fi.
By making a payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Info tab on our website or via the link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.
This property is to be used as holiday rental only, it is not to be used as a principal place of residence. Please refer to our Terms and conditions also found on the Guest Info tab on our website.
Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

We really enjoyed our stay it’s perfect for 3 families and very comfortable. Only downsides were the pillows need a better protector they were quite smelly we had to put two pillow cases on them. Also the washing machine is broken the drum does not seem to want to move so we had to bring bags of soaked linen. And it would do w rugs in common area we have a crawling baby costsnrly on the cold floor. Kitchen was very clean and well stocked overall great experience.
