5B Bent Street is a luxury brand new four-bedroom, three-bathroom holiday duplex with ducted air conditioning throughout. Located at Fingal Bay and only a flat level walk to the beach, shops and cafes.

We manage both sides of the duplex so this is perfect for the extended family to holiday together but still have their own privacy and space.

Stylishly designed and furnished with an open plan living and dining area offering WIFI, Foxtel Platinum 4k and a Sony Playstation.  Large kitchen that is fully equipped with all your cooking utensils and microwave, dishwasher, gas cooktop, Woolworths Espressotoria Capino coffee machine and a large family size fridge.  The outdoor undercover area flows off the living area and provides dining and a gas BBQ.

The stunning main bedroom has an ensuite and walk in robe and is located downstairs whilst the other three bedrooms are located upstairs along with the huge main bathroom with full size bath, shower, toilet and vanity.

The third bathroom has a shower and toilet and is located off the laundry in the downstairs area.  The laundry provides a front loader washing machine and dryer - instructions for the front loader washing machine are stuck on the side of the machine.

Secure parking in the double garage and the bonus of having internal access from the garage into the house makes this perfect and easy.

Linen: -

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

Pets are not welcome at this property.

By making a payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Info tab on our website or via the link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

This property is to be used as holiday rental only, it is not to be used as a principal place of residence. Please refer to our Terms and conditions also found on the Guest Info tab on our website.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

We stayed here through the Easter break. Good Located to shops and beach. A quite residential area. A lovely house, well appointed plenty of inclusions. Beds are very comfortable.

This property was very clean and close to everything. The furniture was new and kitchen had all the things we need. There is a very popular beach within walking distance and grocery store close by. We had a minor issue with the refrigerator and the managing team was at our door within 20min. Every time we called our questions were responded to right away. Great to know someone is there to make your stay pleasant!

This is a beautiful house located a 5 min walk away from Fingal Bay beach. The place is very modern and the ducted air conditioning is great. It has a spacious kitchen and fully litter BBQ. You do need to bring all amenities. Toilet paper, cleaning materials, bed sheets - which was no issue for us. Loved our stay and would stay again.
