Krait Close is located in the heart of Little Beach, giving you access to two of the most iconic beaches Port Stephens has to offer.

The relaxed open plan living/ dining features a new reverse cycle air conditioner to keep you comfortable year around- the area opens out onto the under-cover balcony with outdoor alfresco dining. There is a second balcony also off the dining area.

The kitchen provides full cooking facilities and dishwasher. If cooking at home is not what you're after it is also only a short stroll to Wests Diggers Club, restaurants, cafes and many other facilities including Little Beach Boathouse, which has a stunning restaurant and bar right on the water - favourite place for the locals to watch the spectacular sunsets.

Two generous size bedrooms both with built-in robes and ceiling fans, the main bathroom has everything you need with a full-size bath, shower, toilet and vanity. There is an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Enjoy the convenience of modern technology with the large TV in the living space that features free WiFi, Fetch TV, Netflix and free to air.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This was the perfect family-friendly spot. The host thoughtfully provided boardgames, making the stay even more memorable. Communication was seamless. The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. A modern gem, tastefully adorned with beautiful homewares. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. The host's guidebook had some fantastic local recommendations. Impressed by the attention to detail. We will certainly return again.
