With open plan living the artfully designed home focuses on its luxury, timeless linear and drawing in an abundance of natural light throughout. Centrally situated at Nelson Bay you can experience an array of fine dining only a short stroll away or a short 9-minute drive to the iconic Shoal Bay beach and bustling Shoal Bay Country Club.

Once you step through the door you are greeted by a hallway luxuriously outfitted with a neutral colour scheme and modern furnishings. Leading onto the light filled open plan living space with vaulted ceilings, dining, and kitchen seamlessly flowing out to the stylish undercover alfresco area with enclosed courtyard.

The contemporary kitchen takes prime position, with its interior that is equal parts soothing and spectacular, displaying stone benchtops, family size fridge/ freezer with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, DeLonghi K-Fee coffee machine and complete cooking facilities.

The large living space with split system air conditioning offers a place to spread out among the comfortable lounges and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi.

Four bedrooms all providing linen, bed making and bath towels. The impressive master suite is at the front of the property and has a King bed, ceiling fan, chic ensuite with floor to ceiling tiles, shower, toilet, and vanity plus a large walk-in robe.

Located in the mid-section of the property you will find bedrooms 2 and 3, bedroom 2 has 2 x Single bunks and a built-in robe whilst bedroom 3 boasts a King bed, ceiling fan and built in robe. At the end of the hall, you will find bedroom 4 which has a Queen bed, ceiling fan and built in robe. Separating the sleeping zones is the modern main bathroom with a luxurious bath, shower, vanity, and toilet.

The property provides an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer, single garage, and driveway parking for 1 vehicle or small boat. NO PARKING ON THE LAWN AS THIS COULD CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Nice little place

Nice place for a long weekend. We were a family of four adults plus dog. Well located for a walk into town (10mins) and marina. Place was nicely appointed and clean. We all rated the beds as very comfy. Kitchen could do with a few more plates, bowls and platters. Garage was a bonus when we had to pack in the pouring rain.

We loved this house! Easily accommodated the 7 of us plus 2 little dogs. Location suited us perfectly. Close to beach and shops. Well appointed and very comfortable. Missing an iron but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Will definitely stay again.

This house is very well presented with everything we needed for our stay in February. It is centrally located in a quiet street (walk about 10mins or drive 3mins) to the Nelson Bay Marina and shops. The property is pet friendly and was very well secured, so our furry friends were safe. We will definitely be back.
