There is also a second LCD HD TV with built in standard DVD player. Modern fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, electric oven, gas cooktop and microwave.

The main bedroom has an ensuite and the luxurious main bathroom has a spa bath and separate toilet. There is an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer and the property has a bbq . All this and perfectly positioned within walking distance to Corlette Beach, Anchorage marina and Peppers makes this luxury upmarket holiday property the perfect destination for your family holiday.

Linen: -

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

Bad Management and Unclean

Disgruntled

We arrived late Sunday afternoon driving from QLD with and had to request multiple times for toilet paper to be provided as was told via email the day before this wasnt included. We use luxury rental apartments and houses multiple times a year and I have NEVER had to request toilet paper PLEASE be provided as we were arriving late. In addition we had blood stains on one bed, and another bed covering also directly. French blinds were broken downstairs as well as Master room, literally falling off the wall. The floors were so dirty and I questioned the cleanliness of the rest of the place after experiencing the above. When calling the property company I was told to take photos of everything and email to prove we didnt make damage. They helpfully sent cleaners at my suggestion, but when cleaners arrived they just covered blood stained pillow with a clean pillow protector, didnt remove it to clean it. We promptly put it away and didnt use it for obvious reasons. The cleaners didnt have products with them to clean shower that was mouldy so I lent them some I had. They also didnt have time to clean floors as they were busy. After I asked them politely that they property manager did promise they would do floors and as I had a newborn I would really appreciate it, they did a quick job with tap water. The walls were covered in scuff marks and because of the evidence photos requested by property manager in my initial phone I mentioned this as well. Property manager then contacted me to let me know owners would not give any compensation at all, which we hadnt asked for at anytime. I am really disappointed with the service of both property manager and cleaners. I expressed my feedback to make it more enjoyable for the next guests to avoid what we went through but it was met with silence and no reply. Its a shame as it is a lovely property, if it was managed well it would be an amazing stay and GOOD value for money, but sadly not in its current state.

Good Value Property for 4 to 5 people

We enjoyed the property and had a room each for our 2 boys. As parents we used the down stairs bathroom as it had more shower space. We would stay again. A few small things we raised in relation to the crockery & cooking but would not deter us from booking again. Next to a lovely dog friendly white sand beach. Next time I will bring the kayak.

Almost a comfortable place with comfy beds and tidy fittings etc. Down points are no linen this is for hirebut you have to make your own beds. They never mention the alarm system so if as I did you arrive late at night yo need to find out pretty quickly how to turn it off which when you are not expecting it can be a noisy few minutes. The cleaners need to get a different job too as the floors looked like they were mopped with a very dirty mop leaving streaky floors and although they place a pretty piece of paper on the toilet seat lid they failed to clean the toilets first as when I arrived I wanted to use the toilet but it had skid marks there from whoever was last there. Kitchen was tidy but also had the dirty cloth issues The access to the verandah is a pain as there are timber louvre doors to get past first but when I tried to get past them they were broken and louvres fell out and some we damaged so I just left them alone so don't expect to get fresh air in the room I wont be back again Property managers yeah right.
