There is also a second LCD HD TV with built in standard DVD player. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, electric oven, gas cooktop and microwave.

The main bedroom has an ensuite and the luxurious main bathroom has a spa bath and separate toilet. There is an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer and the property has a bbq . All this and perfectly positioned within walking distance to Corlette Beach, Anchorage marina and Peppers makes this luxury upmarket holiday property the perfect destination for your family holiday.

Linen: -

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

Pets are not welcome at this property.

This property does not have Wi-fi.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

Hi Overall we enjoyed our stay @ 7A Judith street. It was well appointed and convenient to the beach. A few things I mentioned at check out 1. overall cleanliness esp of the floors was poor 2. There are about 6 slats that are broken ie not working 3. The dishwasher whilst tries hard desperately needs rinse aid regularly otherwise contents are not cleaned well. we bought some and added in reguarly. I suggest this is supplied for future visitors 4. beds were comfy

A good location and decent sized property with enjoyable front lawn area; great for an afternoon BBQ in the sun. Just ensure you have toilet paper and the essentials packed, as they’re not supplied at the property. We were provided with two toilet paper rolls for a 4 night stay with 4 guests.

Great family townhouse


Our family had a terrific stay at Judith Street, Nelson Bay. The house was perfect for a family of 5. It’s relative new, has a secure court yard and a fantastic kitchen. You do have drive everywhere, however everything is only a few minutes drive away. Thank you and we would recommend this to our friends
