81 Horace Street is a modern family friendly holiday home in a great location, located between Shoal Bay Beach and Fingal Bay Beach giving you the perfect option of beaches. Both beaches offer Stand-up-paddle-boarding and Fingal Bay also has surf lessons.

There is a great bike/ walking track from the end of Horace Street that will take you straight to Fingal Bay beach where you will find ample parks and facilities for picnics and recreation with the patrolled surf beach, Fingal Bay Surf club and cafe. This is a relatively easy ride for all users with care needed on the off-road sections where you are crossing a road.

Entering the home you’ll be positioned in the open-plan living hub with stylish furnishings and chic fixtures with the accents of comfortable soft neutral finishes that make for a luxurious and welcoming ambience. The living area has a split system air-conditioner, free WIFI and a large wall mounted SMART TV.

There is a fantastic fully equipped kitchen with a large stainless-steel family size fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, complete cooking facilities and De Longhi Coffee machine available with pods supplied.

With an emphasis on bringing people together with the large undercover entertainment area flowing off the dining area, this house has been artfully designed for both family intimacy and entertaining. The outdoor area is a great place for alfresco dining and cooking up a storm on the gas BBQ. Fully enclosed back yard which is great for the kids to run around or a family game of cricket and a stunning new in-ground pool that the kids and adults will love splashing around in.

Sleeping 10 guests across 4 bedrooms, it is ideal for families, three bedrooms are located in the house and a sleep-out room which is accessible within the undercover outdoor entertaining area. All bedrooms have linen and bed making provided, ceiling fans and the master bedroom also providing an ensuite with a shower, toilet, and vanity.

The renovated main bathroom is a 3-way design which gives a separate bath and shower area along with a separate toilet and vanity area, a very easy, usable design for larger groups of guests. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable, the convenience of supplying a highchair, port-a-cot, 4 push bikes and beach chairs is fantastic as there is less you have to pack in the car.

There is an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer, the property has a double carport.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

We highly recommend this one! Everything was provided (from pegs to pushbikes) and there was plenty of room for our booking of seven people. Close walk to the beaches and restaurants and we will definitely book again!

This is our second time staying in this property, we had a great time and appreciated all the extra condiments included in the kitchen, and the toiletries in the bathroom and laundry powder and pegs etc. Was plenty of room for the 6 people who stayed, we also made use of their games and the back enclosed patio. Well stocked with everything you need for cooking. Highly recommended. Will stay again next year. Thanks so much.

The house is in a great location. The rooms were clean and well presented. Having the additional enclosed outdoor room made this house comfortable. The BBQ was not in working order which was disappointing. En-suite had mildew and no soap holders.

Place had lots of goodies to keep the kids entertained as the weather wasn't great. Styling was lovely too. Backyard was a bit basic. Not sure why, but didn't invite me to go outside even when the weather was good.

3 night stay in this beautifully furnished home was just what we needed. Home had been recently painted, is well appointed and apart from food everything is provided. The home was clean, plenty of room to move about. Furniture comfortable. Netflix provided to watch movies. 7 minute walk to beach and great takeaway coffees. Highly recommend this home to a family or couples. We will be looking to re-book this home in the new year for another short break. Shoal Bay is a great place to visit.
