Situated over two levels and is conveniently located with direct access to Korora Oval which is perfect for the kids to play and run around, also a short 240 metre stroll to the water’s edge of Bob Cairns Reserve or 350 metre walk to the shopping village which has a butcher, coffee shops, IGA grocery store and boutique shops.

The house features ducted air conditioning throughout, a spacious open plan lounge / dining area that flows out to the enclosed grass yard which is perfect for the children to play.

The property provides a SMART TV, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities and dishwasher. The main bedroom is located on the downstairs level, this bedroom has a walk-in robe, ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity, ceiling fan and second TV. The other three bedrooms are located on the second level, there is also the main bathroom with a bath, shower, vanity, and separate toilet.

Also located downstairs is the internal laundry, the laundry is fitted out with a front loader washing machine and dryer and third toilet, there is also a clothesline outside.

There is enough room for a small boat to be parked in the driveway and a double garage with internal access available - the gas BBQ is also kept in the garage, making this easy to wheel out when you want to use this.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Nice roomy house , in a great position close to swimming spots and walks along the beach , great little shopping centre 5 mins walk from house. I myself and friends will definitely go again .

It suited our family of adult children really well. The position and condition of the house were great. Finding the location of the controls for the a/c was a challenge (we’re not intuitive - maybe directions could be provided). No green top bin for plant waste. Two lights over en suite mirror stopped working (a wiring or switch issue?). All up, a lovely experience which we would like to rent again.

My family of 6 adults and 3 kids spent a week here, the home was spacious and well equipped. Quiet street, short walk to the water and a great little park for kids. Having the reserve behind was also great for the kids to run around in. Close to small village shops. Short drive to Salamander shopping centre. Easy drive into Nelson Bay. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
