Fingal spit links the mainland to Fingal Island, the island is accessible by boat or at low tide with extreme caution taken and weather conditions considered where you can walk across the spit to Point Stephens Lighthouse and ruined caretakers’ cottage.
Banksia at Fingal has a great enclosed courtyard with an inground spa, BBQ, dining area and outside shower, this area flows out onto the reserve where you can enjoy the local birdlife, peace, and tranquillity.
Inside features a fantastic fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including electric cooktop and oven, microwave, family size fridge/ freezer and dishwasher. The dining area and living room have timber floors, split system air conditioning, wall mounted Smart TV, soundbar, work station desk area and a great little children’s play area with toys that will entertain children for hours, the owners also provide a range of books and games so the whole family can have fun.
The third bedroom is also located downstairs which is great for the elderly that cannot do the stairs, this room has a ceiling fan and built in robes. There is a shower and toilet located in the downstairs laundry as well, the laundry provides a top loader washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs takes you to two bedrooms both with ceiling fans, second living area with a split system air conditioner and wall mounted Smart TV and soundbar. The main bathroom is also upstairs and has a shower, bath, double vanity, and separate toilet area.
Parking in the single garage and room for 1 vehicle or boat in the driveway.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
