As you arrive, the air-conditioned living room creates a perfect climate for your stay. You will immediately be drawn to the private balcony, revealing fabulous views of Shoal Bay beach and surroundings—a perfect spot to relax, unwind, and inhale the fresh sea air.

The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with a coffee machine, microwave, oven and refrigerator, ready for you to whip up a quick meal or a gourmet dinner. The dining area offers seating for up to 8 guest perfect for a memorable meal with loved ones, while the cosy lounge room with a smart TV and DVD player waits for evening entertainment.

Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans to ensure a cool and pleasant sleep. Bedroom one is set up with a Queen Bed with balcony access while bedroom two has 2 single beds perfect for the kids.

Recognising the importance of practical amenities, 9 Adriana includes an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer. Park the car in the single lock up garage and wander down to all the attractions Shoal Bay has to offer. Swim in the crystal-clear water, kick back at the Country Club, enjoy a long lunch at one of the cafes or fine dining at the restaurants.

Many stairs and more cost to get the view

The number of steps up to the apartment were quite annoying. We were told to bring dishwasher tablets to find there was no dishwasher. The apartment was clean and well presented. The view was lovely but not worth the extra cost in comparison to the other units in the same block. I would have preferred a unit lower down.

If you simply need a roof over your head this apartment is for you. However we found it lacked features for a return stay. This place has no wifi which in today’s world is completely unacceptable for $3500. The only air conditioning is in the living room and it does not reach the bedrooms. The apartment is west facing which means the sun heats up the entire apartment to unbearable temperatures and receives no breeze. You get the best breeze in the bathroom which is completely useless.

This was a really comfortable place to stay. There was plenty of space, a fairly well-stocked kitchen, comfy couches, handy air-con, spacious dining room table, 2 well-sized bedrooms, and the bathroom was decent as well. The view is STUNNING from this place. The only thing was that I wish we had wifi! I had to do some work while away and ended up using my month's worth of data in the week I was there due to needing to hot-spot. Seems like it should be a given these days.

We've spent 6 days at the property during our Christmas break and really enjoyed it.The view from the balcony is great and the street is very quiet, although only 8-10 min away from the beach. The kitchen is equipped with lots of utensils and we loved the oven and grill. The rooms are spacious and clean. And you can get a good work out (free of charge) while climbing those stairs:)

Overall it was a positive stay.2drawbacks 45 steps,no air conditioner.Apart from those 2 negatives,there were plenty of positives.It was clean ,quiet,roomy,nice views and plenty of fans plenty of hot water,good,fridge ,cooker etc.Value for money

Great unit,with huge west facing glass spiders.Great view of Shoal Bay.spacious main bed,comfortable furniture,modern kitchen.light bright and open. Only issues 45 steps to unit, and poor pressure, slow shower. Would stay again.

Great views, very clean apartment, quite comfortable and well equiped. We visited in late January and found the apartment very hot in the late afternoon and evening as the unit faces west. External awnings to beat the heat would help. Otherwise very good value.

Beautiful place with lovley views. The balcony is a bit narrow so that's the only negative thing about the place. Also, this is the first apartment that that I've stayed in that didn't have any bugs :)
