This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

An absolutely beautiful apartment to stay in. The view is uninterrupted and looks straight out to the headlands. A lovely quiet area. The apartment was spotless and well appointed. We would definitely come here again. The view is better than the photos!

The view from the unit is spectacular. You look out through the heads and can also see across to Hawks Nest/Tea Gardens. You are right there on the beach and the complex has a pool that is always clean. The unit itself is very clean and spacious with plenty of storage. Whether you sit on the balcony or in the living/dining area you have that view of the water. You can park your car in the secure carpark and walk to the Shoal Bay shops, cafes and restaurants, Wests Club and also into Nelson Bay .

I spent a wonderful week at Albacore 5. The unit is in a fantastic position only a couple of hundred metres to Shoal Bay beach and a 10 minute walk to the small shopping centre. It was well equipped and had comfortable furniture.

5 Albacore is a lovely apartment, well appointed and the view is amazing. Unfortunately the complex is not well sound proofed, so we could hear the happenings of the upstairs tenants and the full renovation going on in the apartment underneath.
