The apartment offers a large open plan, air-conditioned living/ dining area with quality furnishings, SMART TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, DVD and CD player and floor to ceiling windows to capture the breathtaking water views, sliding doors open out onto a full-length covered balcony with outdoor dining facilities. The fully equipped kitchen includes a wall oven, microwave, family size fridge / freezer, dishwasher, plenty of bench space to prepare meals.
The main bedroom has stunning water views and access to the main balcony to allow the refreshing sea breeze to flow through. The bedroom features a Queen size bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and a renovated ensuite with glass shower, vanity, and toilet. The second and third bedrooms both have ceiling fans and sliding door access to the rear balcony to allow the breeze to flow through. The main bathroom has also been renovated, it has a bath, shower, vanity, and separate toilet. There is also an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.

By making a payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Info tab on our website or via the link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
The Albacore complex features lift access, communal BBQ area and a tropical in-ground swimming pool, the unit provides a car space in the communal underground lock-up garage section.
The complex is located at the quieter Western end of the pristine blue waters of Shoal Bay Beach. Direct beach access across the grass to Shoal Bay Beach is less than 100m away and just 1km to the family friendly Little Beach. Little Beach offers shaded grass BBQ areas, a great children’s playground area, fish & chips take away, the famous Little Beach Boat House restaurant/ bar/ cafe, boat ramp and trailer parking.
Shoal Bay boutique shops, variety of restaurants and cafes and Tomaree Mountain which offers magnificent views from the summit are only a short 2.2km drive away. Nelson Bay is only 2.3km away and offers many more restaurants, cafes, shops, and aquatic activities at the marina including the very popular Dolphin and Whale Watch Cruises (Whale cruises are between mid-May to November).
Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:
Friday, Saturday, or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am
Any other day – 10pm to 8am
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

Great place to stay. The unit is very clean and tidy. It is the view from the lounge room, balcony and master bedroom that is the best. A great place to stay for a holiday. Stayed for 4 nights , hope to be able to stay longer next time
