6 Albacore is a fantastic apartment perfectly located on the waterfront of beautiful Shoal Bay beach with a lift, air conditioning, unlimited Wi-Fi and fabulous water views.

The apartment offers a large open plan, air-conditioned living/ dining area with quality furnishings, SMART TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, CD player, Bluetooth speakers and floor to ceiling windows to capture the breathtaking water views, sliding doors open out onto a full-length covered balcony with outdoor dining facilities. The fully equipped kitchen includes a wall oven, microwave, family size fridge / freezer, dishwasher, plenty of bench space to prepare meals.

The main bedroom has stunning water views and access to the main balcony to allow the refreshing sea breeze to flow through. The bedroom features a Queen size bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and a renovated ensuite with glass shower, vanity, and toilet. The second and third bedrooms both have ceiling fans and sliding door access to the rear balcony to allow the breeze to flow through. The main bathroom has also been renovated, it has a bath, shower, vanity, and separate toilet. There is also an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Great place to stay. The unit is very clean and tidy. It is the view from the lounge room, balcony and master bedroom that is the best. A great place to stay for a holiday. Stayed for 4 nights , hope to be able to stay longer next time
