Located at the quieter western end of Shoal Bay and just 1km to the family friendly Little Beach which offers shaded grassed BBQ areas, children’s playground, fish and chips take away, Little Beach Boathouse that provides gorgeous views and sunsets, elegant atmosphere and the choice of a fine dining experience or casual cocktail and snack. West Diggers Club is only five minutes away, this is perfect for casual dining, Little Beach also has a boat ramp and heaps of trailer parking available.

7 Albacore is on the top floor with stunning views of Shoal Bay and straight out the headlands. The complex provides a communal in ground pool, gas BBQ, secure underground parking (garage dimensions - Depth - 5.3m, Height - 2.1m) for two vehicles and a lift straight up to your unit door.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

The unit has a spacious living/ dining area with a split system air conditioner, ceiling fans and floor to ceiling windows to capture the amazing water views, there is a large flat screen SMART TV, free WIFI, games and books to keep everyone entertained. Glass sliding doors will take you out onto the large wrap around balcony so you can enjoy alfresco dining at its best.

The kitchen has granite bench tops and is fully equipped with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, microwave, and a family size fridge/ freezer. There is also a DeLonghi Nescafe Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine (BYO Pods), coffee plunger and tea pots. The internal laundry is off the kitchen area, the laundry is fitted with a front loader washing machine and dryer.

The main bedroom has amazing views looking straight out the headlands. This room also provides a TV and an ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity, there is also a ceiling fan and access to the main balcony area to allow the beautiful sea breeze to flow through.

The second and third bedroom both have ceiling fans and sliding door access to the rear balcony, the third bedroom also has the third Flat screen TV with built in DVD player. The main bathroom has been renovated with floor to ceiling tiles, standard size bath, shower, vanity, and the bonus of a separate toilet.

Direct beach access to Shoal Bay Big Beach is perfect as there are no roads to cross, you can swim, snorkel and take a casual walk along the beach and take in the beauty that surrounds you, or simply sit back and relax on the balcony and take everything in.

Shoal Bay boutique shops, Shoal Bay Country Club and a variety of restaurants, cafes and the famous Tomaree Mountain which offers magnificent views from the summit are all only a short 2.2km drive away. Nelson Bay is only 2.3km away in the other direction, Nelson Bay offers a variety of dining, cafes, shops, and aquatic activities at the marina including the Dolphin and Whale Watch Cruises.
