Stylishly decorated throughout with the comforts of ceiling fans throughout, soft furniture to relax on and a large wall mounted TV, the property also has WIFI. The stunning contemporary kitchen has a dishwasher, complete cooking facilities with induction cooktop, Expressi K-fee Coffee Machine which takes Aldi pods and a family size fridge/ freezer.  There is also an internal laundry with a front loader washer and dryer.

Two fantastic bedrooms both with ceiling fans and bathroom with a relaxing rainwater shower head, toilet and vanity.

Linen: -

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

Extremely well presented unit with everything you need. Nicely furnished with attention to detail - very comfortable beds and lounge!!. Well stocked with cooking utensils/pots/coffee machine. Thought of everything a guest could ask for including the board games for the kids. I would suggest if possible is to supply a hairdryer and perhaps replacing the mess on the verandah sliding door as we couldn't leave the glass door open due to the gaps in the mess and mosquitoes kept coming into the unit.
