Simply wander across the road 50 metres and you're already on the white sands of Fingal Bay beach. Just around the corner to the local shops to grab a coffee or wander down the road to the surf club, sports club, and café. Shoal Bay is only a quick 4 minute drive away, Shoal Bay offers the spectacular country club and a fantastic array of restaurants, bars and cafes.

Located on the ground level, as soon as you enter will be amazed at the open living space, the living area has timber laminate flooring which is perfect for a beachside holiday, Smart TV, free unlimited Wi-Fi, air con in the living area and a cute bar area with a sink and bar fridge. There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including electric cooktop/ oven, microwave and family size fridge/ freezer.

Opening off the living area is the porch, imagine sitting back in the swinging chair and taking in the glorious views of the sparkling waters of Fingal Bay right at your fingertips.

Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and the main bathroom is a 3 way design giving you a separate toilet , separate bath and shower room and separate double vanity area, the property also has an internal laundry with a top loading washing machine and external clothes line in the BBQ area. The BBQ area is perfect to sit back and cook up a storm and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the beautiful gardens that surround you, there is also a second toilet outside in the area.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Well equipped accommodation

We loved our stay at Anchored. It was so convenient to be able to walk across the road to the beach. The property is very well maintained with lovely green grass and beautiful gardens. The interior is also well maintained and the kitchen is well equipped. We had a very rainy week and it would have been great to have a dryer in the laundry. We managed ok by putting the clothes airer under the air conditioner. The only other thing which would have been a nice addition would be a coffee machine.
