The property has a large, renovated, fully equipped modern kitchen with a butlers pantry and full cooking facilities including induction cooktop, microwave, under bench oven, family size fridge/ freezer and a large island bench with barstools for extra dining. Three bedrooms all with ceiling fans, ducted air conditioning, linen and bed making, the main bedroom also having water views and an ensuite with shower toilet and vanity. (f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
