With a trendy layout thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, Baia Villa boasts three beautifully appointed bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms. The main bedroom located upstairs has a King size bed, balcony access, split system air conditioner and ensuite with a shower, toilet, and vanity. The second and third bedrooms, both with split system air conditioners, are located downstairs long with the main bathroom set with a large corner bath, shower, toilet, and vanity.

The living spaces are nothing short of comfort. Relax in the chic lounge room with a big screen smart TV or indulge in delightful meals in the tastefully decorated dining room. Packed with modern amenities like free Wi-Fi, ceiling fans and split system air conditioning. A fully equipped kitchen adjoins the dining area with a family size fridge/ freezer with a water dispenser, dishwasher, gas cooktop, Vittoria Espresso Toria Capsule Coffee Machine, and the bonus of children’s dinnerware.

The balcony offers sea views and a Weber Q BBQ to cook up a storm after a day at the beach. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of secured garage parking for two vehicles on-site along with a generous courtyard space to store surfboards and bikes and the convenience of an outdoor shower (cold water only). There is an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and a clothes dryer in the garage.

And all this is located just a short ten second walk to the white sandy shores of Fingal Bay beach or a casual stroll to Fingal Bay Surf Club or Fingal Bay Bowling Club.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

We left this place spotless, because we found it spotless. I even went so far as to totally do a make over on their barbeque and stove because I liked the place and appreciate the owners who ever they are. Unlike other places I have stayed, this place felt like being at home, ample cutlery, well thought out provisions. Nice view, just an awesome place to stay. Comfy beds/mattresses. Thanks to Lisa for getting us out of a bind and making our nearly nightmare holiday and enjoyable one. 100% stay.
