This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

The home is very much a home, we loved staying here, It was clean upon arrival and location was fantastic, could walk to little beach, Wests Club and into Shoal Bay and Nelson Bay easily. Unfortunately the WiFi was terrible and couldnt even watch netflix but even found 4G and 5G terrible for the whole of Nelson Bay whilst staying there. Overall happy with the house just in need of a little few repairs like the ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom, sways out of control and the tribunk needs replacing

We’re sorry to hear about the WiFi and mobile reception issues during your stay. Unfortunately, connectivity can be inconsistent across Nelson Bay at times where our population triples and is something largely outside of our control, but we do understand how frustrating this can be and appreciate your feedback. Thank you also for raising the maintenance items. The ceiling fan in the second bedroom has been checked previously and, while it may appear wobbly, it is safe to use. That said, we will certainly review this again, along with the tri-bunk, as part of our ongoing maintenance to ensure guest comfort. We really lived staying at this property as everything was laid out well. Only problem was the lounge which needs repair to the base webbing, it wasn’t comfortable. Would highly recommend this property otherwise.

Stayed at this property 4 nights Originally it was 3 nights very spacious inside with modern touches & roomy. Liked our stay & the position close to the marina only a short 20min walk & 5 min walk to west diggers we were so lucky to be able to add another night to our stay. It was just a short drive to the surrounding areas not too far to see some lovely spots. Being dog friendly house our little dog loved sitting out on veranda's also was private from the neighbours.

We have been coming to Nelson’s Bay for 4 years now, and every time we stay at Banyan, great home ticks all our boxes, has everything you need and want in a beautiful home. Every year there has been another update in the property be it a new stove new lounge suit, everything is always up to date, and the location is fantastic in between our favourite walks, Little Beach, Nelson’s Bay or Shoal Bay. We had previously been here in 2022, so this was our second visit. Great location, spacious enough for our large family of seven plus two little dogs. Lots of children's toys and books. Every room has a TV for peace and quiet. We thoroughly appreciated the karaoke set, which was the nicest part overall. Without a doubt, we will make more reservations in the future. The property was conveniently located near the town, making it easy to walk to the beach and market. I would suggest it to everyone.

Had a great stay at the place. My family enjoyed the vacation... it was value for money and place was spacious and comfortable especially with kids. They had blocks, toys and video games to keep the kids entertained. Kitchen was the best part as it had all the utensils I needed for cooking. Overall, wonderful place and surely recommended this place.

House was very roomy and had all the comforts in life. Does need some maintenance and cleaning. (torn flyscreens, cobwebs). Sitting on the rear balcony, enjoying breakfast, watching and listening to the birds was quite enjoyable. Side porch area, great for bbq's and drinks in the evening. Walking distance to Wests Leagues Club and to beaches. Not far from shops, marina and other clubs & pubs. We had an enjoyable stay and would book this house again.

We enjoyed another lovely break at this well equipped, very clean property. Nice to see continued importments eveytime we visit. My only suggestion is that I would like to the damaged fly screens replaced - especially in the main bedroom so we can enjoy the cool breezes without the risk of bugs.

This was a great house, very open and clean. Roomy and great value for money. Had all the mod cons and very close walk to both Nelson Bay (7 mins) and Shoal Bay (10 mins). Close to bike tracks and club. Didn't want to go home. Would recommend to others. Backyard could use some work, but otherwise the house is perfect for big family holiday.

We love staying at this house. We have stayed as a family many times and always enjoy returning. It’s close to Nelson Bay main strip and not far at all from Shoal Bay. Lovely and quiet with resident kookaburras visiting. Spacious and clean. Highly recommend for families.
