This property is located in an ideal location being across the road from the beach, surf club and cafe. The unit has 3 levels with the master bedroom being of a spacious size with ample cupboard space and renovated large ensuite. 2 other bedrooms are of a good size close to a bathroom all of which are on the top level. On the middle level is the well equipped kitchen, eating and lounge area with balconies. The bottom level has a third bathroom, laundry, another living area and courtyard.

The house was great, well set out with everything neat and in working order. Great location opposite the Surf club. We were frustrated with its management. Tried to book for a couple of extra days prior as they were available but in the end just gave up as it was too hard. If I was the owner, I would have been very annoyed. We had an early check in but arrived to find the cleaner had just started despite the property having been vacant for the previous three days. Generally poor communications.

Great location for going to beach and the crepe and coffee cart next door was a bonus. Sitting on balcony relaxing and people watching. Was a bit noisy on Saturday night until the early hours with young people nearby. But otherwise everything was great.

Apartment was conveniently located across the road to patrolled beach area and surf club . Ample space and various sitting areas. Apartment could have been cleaned more thoroughly. We wiped the handrails going up the stairs, the dining table and chairs, side bedroom lamps and fan, all were dusty and dirty. Behind the main bedhead needs a very good vacuum as there were layers of dust. Not sure the cleaners are cleaning. The old hot water system should be removed for car parking..

Beautiful area and great apartment, could do with some new curtains, some holes and bad wear and blinds on master bedroom broken in many places and let a lot of light in. And birds on roof very annoying and noisy to master bedroom. Would definitely and will book again!

Property was in a great location, however missing the essentials, like air con & wifi. Had no Netflix or Foxtel. The ad said DVDs & games but there wasn't any. Linen supplied but you had to make all of the beds yourself. Overall great location and we had a good time and ate across at the surf life savers club, food was lovely. Just for nearly $3500 for 1 week, I think we expected a little bit more for our money.

We spent two weeks over Dec-Jan at Barefoot....absolutely wonderful. Everything we wanted was in the property. Very comfortable for 7 adults... SOOO CLOSE to the beach. A very quiet location, could hear the waves breaking on shore.Everything within walking distance. Only downfall is that we had to return to Sydney. We will be back for sure.
