(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

Perfect getaway. High enough up to give a beautiful view of the beach - feels like a tropical paradise, especially with the sunrise in view. Within a few minutes, you are on the beach. The place is immaculate with everything you need in the kitchen. You can grab supplies downstairs at the IGA if you need to. Big enough for two families with 2 kids each.

My family spent 1 week at this property just before the commencement of the peak season in December. We had a great time. This unit was clean, tidy and was a good size for 6 people. Had a nice view of the beach. Very happy with the location. Walking distance to the beach approx 200m. Located on top of a convenient store, cellar/Cafe, fingal bay takeaway shop and petrol station. Pool located on the same floor as the unit. Would highly recommend this property.

The apartment was roomy, great location, spotlessly clean, and the kitchen facilities were excellent. We notified early that the toaster was broken and a replacement was offered but we used our own. Though annoying at time, the gas bottle to barbeque was empty and we replaced it the following day. Perhaps the owners should consider extra curtain/ blinds on the rear bedrooms….. as the outside lights filtered through the current vertical blinds which affected our sleep.

Barefoot Bliss was a great place to stay, conveniently located close to the beach, clean with all the amenities you could need. McGrath were easy to deal with, very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

- [ ] Dirty pool - green on bottom - [ ] Two sets of keys should be provided with roller door controls - Microwave containers and jugs - Air conditioner works at the back of the unit but not at the front. Condensation runs down the walls - Portable fan in bedroom is broken - Pool is very dirty - One set of keys is not ideal when you have two car parks

Barefoot Bliss is a wonderful place to enjoy a holiday. Its location is tops and its fit out has everything you need. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a large living area there is ample room to spread out. And the ocean view from the balcony is a real bonus.

Our group of ladies enjoyed our stay The unit was beautifully appointed , ceiling fans and air con in bedrooms. Beautiful outlook over the ocean where we enjoyed a bbq We also enjoyed the swimming pool which had plenty of space to relax. Would highly recommend
