The unit has high ceilings with an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area which provide the feeling of space and natural lighting. The unit is tiled throughout with the living area offering a split system air conditioner, SMART TV, DVD player with assorted DVD's, PlayStation 3 and access to the wrap-around balcony which is perfect for entertaining whilst admiring the spectacular views of Shoal Bay Beach.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities and a family fridge/ freezer. Two great sized bedrooms with built in wardrobes and a bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity and the convenience of providing a hair dryer. The unit provides an internal laundry located off the kitchen area; the laundry has a washing machine.
Bay Getaway is in a small block of three units and provides a single lock up garage. Bay Getaway is located near Zenith Beach which is ideal for surfing and only a short walk will lead you to Shoal Bay Beach, cafes, restaurants, Shoal Bay Country Club and Port Stephens Game Fishing Club.
Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:
Friday, Saturday or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am
Any other day – 10pm to 8am

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
