Unit 19 has the luxury of being on the ground floor, so you have plenty of space for the children to run around, there are two bedrooms with both bedrooms having ceiling fans and the main bedroom having an ensuite.  Both the main bathroom and ensuite are stunning, the main offering a shower of bath, toilet and vanity and the ensuite has a shower, toilet and vanity, this unit also provides WIFI.
 
The large open plan living area is furnished with modern décor, there is a flat screen TV, DVD player and CD player available.  Opening off the living area is an enclosed patio with a Weber gas BBQ, perfect as it has all weather protection.  There is a superb brand new fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, full cooking facilities and internal laundry with washer and dryer. 

Bay Parklands is spread over 5 acres, it is a family friendly complex with a solar heated pool, spa, tennis court, established gardens and plenty of grass areas for the kids to play. A quick two minute walk and you are at Little Beach which is known for the calm waters for children to swim and paddle board,  Little Beach also provides picnic tables, free BBQ facilities, toilet facilities and the boat ramp -  making this is the ideal location for a family child friendly beachside holiday.

Walk to the beach, swim in the pool, jump in the spa or have a game of tennis (BYO racquets and balls), everything is at your fingertips and with only a few minutes drive to Nelson Bay or Shoal Bay for cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping, Bay Parklands is definitely the best location to holiday.

The complex provides one single secure car space and one off street car space for parking.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

My wife and I have stayed in this unit for at least 2 weeks every year for the past 25 years. It is well located in a beautiful part of the world. It has all of the facilities needed for a great holiday.
