Welcome to 23 Bay Parklands, your perfect family friendly holiday unit located on the ground floor with water views, split system air conditioning and 5 acres of parklands for children to play.

This ground-floor unit boasts a refined balance of comfort and space and designed to accommodate a total of six guests with a maximum of five adults. Nestled across the road to Little Beach, this unit is ideally positioned for easy access to the waterfront. Wake up to the views and sounds of the native birdlife, walk across the grass from your ground floor unit down to the beach for a refreshing morning swim.

For a more relaxed afternoon, take a dip in the complex communal pool or watch the amazing sunset across the road on the waterfront from the popular grassed picnic area providing free BBQ's, toilet facilities, playground, a safe netted beach area which is great for kids to swim and play (there are even some beach toys for the kids enjoyment) or a bit of fishing from the jetty.

If a coffee is what you are after, a short walk up to the famous ‘Inner Light Tea Room’ for some fresh scones and coffee is ideal, you will also experience the breathtaking water views of Port Stephens. Feeling like a cocktail, Below Deck and Little Beach Boathouse are also just across the road.

The unit is thoughtfully designed with a fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances – including a dishwasher, microwave oven, family size fridge/ freezer and loads of bench space allows for effortless preparation of home cooking. There is also a gas BBQ on the patio and an outdoor table and chairs so you can sit back and enjoy the surrounding manicured lawns and water views.

This holiday unit captures the essence of relaxation with its two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom features a Queen size bed, ensuite, and ceiling fan, while the second bedroom offers a Tri- Bunk (double underneath / single above), Single Bed, and pedestal fan, perfect for couples or a family. The main bathroom has a bath and shower in one room, separate vanity area with hair dryer and separate toilet area. An internal laundry is adjacent to the kitchen and provides a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

Bay Parklands complex is spread over five acres of manicured lawns and beautiful gardens offering plenty of room to play ball games. There is a communal solar heated pool, tennis court, and spa with table tennis table. Unit 23 provides tennis racquets and balls, bats, and balls for the ping pong table for your enjoyment.

In addition to all these fabulous features, you are offered two convenient car parking spaces, one being a secure undercover car space and one an open space on site – (suitable for a small boat parking).

Linen Packs consists of two flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels, and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Nice neat unit in convenient location

The ground floor unit is set back about 100 metres from the hustle and bustle of the beach, with a pleasant outlook through bush parkland. Lots of bird life and shade made it even better. Unit was clean though smelled of fish. Had RC air in living room, but none in bedrooms, though main has a ceiling fan. No internet or wifi was a small annoyance. Has a BBQ on porch, but was very slow to heat up (May have been low on gas) and only had grill plate. Not the best unit I’ve stayed in, but good.

Walking distance to West and one of the best Chinese restaurants in town, Fusion at the Bay. Lacks natural light but not a problem when you are spending all you time enjoying the outdoors.

Nice, clean unit. Great location in Bay Park lands. Fairly well equipped, but we did need to buy a few wine glasses as the ones provided we're all tiny and we enjoy our wine! The sofas were pretty uncomfortable too so we spent most of our evenings outside. It was an enjoyable holiday and we'd book this unit again.

A well located apartment that is close to Little Beach and overlooking a park. It is spacious for a two bedroom unit and was well equipped for our stay. The queen bed is new and made for a great sleep. The car parks are spacious and easy to get in and out.

Had a great family holiday. Unit was very clean, is well equipped, bedding very comfortable, freshly painted. Ensuite was small, but worked for us. At these prices we would highly recommend this accommodation. We will definately book again. Very nice solar heated pool. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, lots of trees, plenty of shade.

We expected this to be a lovely place in a beautiful location and it exceeded all our expectations. Very clean and modern unit, very relaxing atmosphere set in manacured gardens straight across from the beach. As a family we loved it and can't wait to stay there again. Highly recommended.
