Bedroom two has a tri bunk giving sleeping for three people with a double bed underneath and single bed above, bedroom three provides two single beds and a ceiling fan. The owners provide a port a cot for your convenience.
The main bathroom is a three-way design and has also been renovated with beautiful floor to ceiling tiles, shower with a rainwater shower head, bath, vanity area and separate toilet.
There is an open plan living area with electric recliners for extra comfort and a sitting area which is perfect to sit back and read a book or a great spot for children to play. This area opens out on the balcony with comfy chairs and lounge setting to take in the ambience of the park, birdlife and filtered water views, there is also a gas BBQ to cook up a storm.
The property provides a renovated fully equipped kitchen with stunning stone benchtops, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pod machine and full cooking facilities including electric cooktop and under bench oven. The convenience of an internal laundry off the kitchen area providing a top loader washing machine and dryer is fantastic.
A quick two-minute walk and you are at Little Beach which is known for the calm waters for children to swim and paddle board. Little Beach also provides picnic tables, free BBQ facilities, toilet facilities and a boat ramp - making this is the ideal location for a family child friendly beachside holiday.
Walk to the beach, swim in the pool, jump in the spa or have a game of tennis (BYO racquets and balls), everything is at your fingertips and with only a few minutes’ drive to Nelson Bay or Shoal Bay for cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping, Bay Parklands is definitely the best location to be.

(a) create noise that because of its level, nature, character, or quality, or the time it is made, is likely to harm, offend, or unreasonably disrupt or interfere with the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(b) act in a violent or threatening manner towards neighbours or other occupants of the premises
(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
