Set over 5 acres of manicured lawns with established gardens, solar heated pool, communal spa and tennis court.
Three generous sized bedrooms with the main having an ensuite and ceiling fan, bedroom two has a bunk giving sleeping for three people and bedroom three also having a ceiling fan. The main bathroom is a three-way design giving you separate areas for the shower and bath, vanity area and toilet.
The large open plan living area has Air conditioning, a ceiling fan, Wi-fi, Netflix TV, DVD player and IPOD dock, this area opens out onto the balcony with an electric BBQ and dining where you can sit back and enjoy the view and park birdlife direct from your own balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and full cooking facilities and the internal laundry runs off the kitchen area and provides a washing machine and dryer.
A quick two minute walk and you are at Little Beach which is known for the calm waters for children to swim and paddle board, Little Beach also provides picnic tables, free BBQ facilities, toilet facilities and a boat ramp - making this is the ideal location for a family child friendly beachside holiday.
Walk to the beach, swim in the pool, jump in the spa or have a game of tennis (BYO racquets and balls), everything is at your fingertips and with only a few minutes drive to Nelson Bay or Shoal Bay for cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping, Bay Parklands is definitely the best location to be.
The unit provides one single secure undercover car space and one off street car space.
Sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets and no party policy in place.

Always Perfect. Our favourite "get away" location.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was great we played tennis not very well but we had a ball, kids even had a spa very clean and well kept grounds unit had everything we needed. All within a hop skip and jump to little beach very comfortable
